St. Peter’s Reformed Church is prayerfully seeking a Pastor to shepherd our congregation in Word, sacrament, and spiritual leadership. We are a historic Reformed church with a strong congregational base, stable staff, and a desire to grow faithfully in Christ.
Primary Calling: The Pastor will serve as the primary preacher and shepherd, faithfully proclaiming the Gospel, administering the sacraments, and equipping the saints for the work of ministry in partnership with the Board of Elders.
Responsibilities: • Faithful expository preaching and teaching of Scripture • Administration of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper • Shepherding through visitation, counseling, and discipleship • Leadership development within the congregation • Oversight of membership, confirmation, and new believer instruction • Collaboration with elders in guiding the vision and direction of the church • Encouraging evangelism and outreach within the church and community
Qualifications: • Demonstrates the biblical character required of elders (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1) • Theologically grounded in Reformed doctrine • Seminary-trained (advanced degree preferred) • Experience in pastoral ministry preferred • Commitment to a complementarian understanding of church leadership • Strong communication, relational, and leadership abilities

Compensation: Based on experience and approved by the congregation.
