Rev. James R. BertotiBiographyThe Rev. James ‘PJ’ Bertoti is the pastor of St. Peter’s Reformed Church, a Conservative Congregational Christian Conference Church in Zelienople, Pennsylvania (2004 ~ to present). Prior to being called to western Pennsylvania, Rev. Bertoti served as Associate Pastor of St. John’s Reformed Church in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania from 1994 ~ 2004. Over the course of his ministry with St. John’s, Rev. Bertoti served as Director of Christian Education and as Youth Pastor. He is a certified speaker with the National Association of Children’s Ministry, a certified teacher with the Evangelical Teacher Association, member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and member of the Pennsylvania State Chaplaincy Program offering opening prayers for both the Senate and House of Representatives. Currently he serves as the Regional Moderator of the Allegheny Fellowship of the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference (4C’s) and Area Representative of the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference (4C’s), supporting and encouraging the congregations in Western Pennsylvania.
Rev. Bertoti is a 1997 graduate of Lancaster Bible College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible, majoring in Pastoral Studies and a 2001 graduate of Evangelical School of Theology with a dual degree; a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Religion with a specialization in Christian Education. Rev. Bertoti’s passion is sharing the Gospel Message with all ages, from toddler to senior, encouraging them to know, love and follow Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. He has implemented a variety of ministries to insure the message gets out into the communities with which he serves. Rev. Bertoti lives in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania with his wife, Kendra. |
